NYSP-M22 RF Admittance Level Meter Working Principle

RF admittance liquid level meter is a continuous liquid level measurement product based on RF admittance principle. The product has the advantages of high stability, high sensitivity and wide application range. Compared with the traditional capacitance liquid level meter, the modular design can make the instrument setup simple and convenient. After setting, it can be used normally and maintenance free for life. It enables users to intuitively understand the operation of equipment and deal with problems in a timely manner. It is also safe and reliable in complex industrial occasions.
Radio frequency conductivity measurement technology is a liquid level measurement technology with unique advantages. Although this concept is very similar to general capacitance measurement technology, RF conduction technology adds drive shield circuit and chopper circuit to the electronic unit, thus allowing independent measurement of impedance and capacitance resistance. The physical law calculates that the impedance of any suspension is equal to the capacitive resistance of any suspension, so the influence of suspension can be measured by the phase shift of the oscillating circuit and eliminated from the total output.
The probe of the radio frequency conductivity meter is installed in the storage tank, and the radio frequency signal caused by potential change is obtained through the probe. The probe drive cover can prevent the RF current from forming a loop through the suspended material, thus ensuring the accuracy of the instrument measurement.
