NP93420 series uses semiconductor piezoresistive effect and micromachining technology to make Wheatstone bridge with photolithography, diffusion and other semiconductor processes on specific products of single silicon wafer to form a sensitive diaphragm. When subjected to external force, it will change slightly, and the resistivity will change, so that the resistance of bridge arms will change (one pair becomes larger and one pair becomes smaller).
