Working Principle of Ultrasonic Level Gauge
Ultrasonic level gauge installed on top of container, probe to launch a bunch of ultrasonic pulse object to be tested, Under the control of the electronic unit,sound waves are body surface reflection, part of the echo received by the probe into electrical signals, according to the ultrasonic time difference from the launch to be receiving and known to determine the level of sound, Microwave signals are processed by electronic devices and finally converted into electrical signals related to the object level.
