93420 Pressure Transmitter Working Principle

The NP93420 series is made of the piezoresistive effect of semiconductors and micromachining technology, on the specific crystal direction of the single crystal silicon wafer, using photolithography, diffusion and other semiconductor processes to make a Wheatstone bridge to form a sensitive diaphragm, when subjected to external force, a slight change occurs, the resistivity changes, and the bridge arm resistance changes (one pair becomes larger and the other becomes smaller) in the excitation voltage signal output, through computer temperature compensation, laser resistance adjustment, signal amplification and other processing methods and strict assembly testing , calibration and other processes to produce a pressure transmitter with a standard output signal.
