Ultrasonic Level Transmitter Product description
The ultrasonic level meter is installed on the top of the container. Under the control of the electronic unit,the probe emits a beam of ultrasonic pulses to the object to be measured, the sound wave is reflected by the surface of the object, and part of the reflected echo is received by the probe and converted into an electrical signal, which is retransmitted according to the ultrasonic wave. The time difference to re-reception and the known speed of sound are used to determine the change of the material level. The microwave signal is processed by the electronic device and finally converted into an electrical signal related to the material level.

Ultrasonic Level Transmitter Site Conditions
In any of the following cases, note:
- A liquid/solid with foam
- There are strong voltage, strong current, strong electromagnetic interference, try to avoid high voltage, high current and strong electromagnetic interference
- The wind and the sun
- Strong motion
- Volatile liquids and areas with a lot of water vapor
- Crystallizable liquid
- The above field environment should be carefully selected, the numerical accuracy of measurement will decline, data may be unstable, generally not recommended to use ultrasonic level meter measurement.
